Support Groups

You are not alone. I encourage you to take advantage of one of the many support groups offered below. Sometimes just talking about what you're going through with others who understand has immeasurable benefits.

Support groups bring together people facing similar issues, whether that's trauma, anxiety, depression or other major life changes. Members of support groups often share experiences and advice. It offers a forum to meet and network with others sharing the same challenges.

If you would benefit from a support group that is not listed below, please contact me and let me know. Chances are, there are others who are also in need, and we can form a new group to meet your need.
