For various reasons, including enhanced quality of care and confidentiality, I do not accept insurance at this time.
However, I do accept Out-of-Network Coverage. My normal policy is to provide you with a detailed superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company to get reimbursed directly. That means you are responsible for the fees at the time of the appointment and, depending on your plan, a certain percentage of that may be paid by your insurance company. Please call your insurance company to confirm Out-of-Network Coverage.
Intake Assessment (60 min) - $145

EMDR Session (60-90min) - $145-$200
Payments
Payment in full is due at the time of service. Payments can be made with cash, credit, debit, or HSA card.
Cancellation
There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the rate if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Good Faith Estimates and Your Rights
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
