Questions to Ask Your Insurance About Reimbursement

​Call the number on the back of your insurance card and speak with a representative before you schedule an intake session.

• Tell them you want to work with an out-of-network counselor and ask how much they will reimburse you

• You can give them these two service codes for them to put into their system: 90791 & 90834

• Ask whether they also reimburse for telehealth (online) sessions. If so, would they like Maryann to put a specific qualifier next to the service code? 

• Ask how they'd like you submit the Superbill (fax, email, mail)
